On a Windows laptop we work through VLC Media Player, which is free. Install VLC, then we send you what you need to open in VLC along with your login — open it in VLC and you can watch on your laptop. Full steps are in the Installation Guide.

Firestick has its own app, installed through Downloader with the address we provide.
Pick your plan on the Pricing page — how many devices, and for how long — then message us to get started and tell us you are using a Firestick. We will send you the download address for the Firestick app and your personal sign-in.
On your Firestick, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps, and switch Downloader ON. Downloader installs are blocked until this is turned on.
On your Firestick, find and open the app called Downloader. If it is not already on the device, you can get it from the Firestick app store first.
Type in the download address we gave you, exactly as it was sent. The Firestick app will download, then accept the terms and conditions and tap “Allow” when the app asks for access to your media files — this is required for the app to run smoothly — then choose Open once it has finished.
Open the app and enter the username and password we provided for your plan. Take care to type them exactly, including any capital letters.
